Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-04-17. Version 1.0.0. This policy explains what personal information Payroll Cashback collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Who we are
Payroll Cashback is operated by an independent Canadian payroll referral agent. We are not a financial, tax, or legal advisor. We are a neutral consultant that connects qualified Canadian businesses with a specialized Canadian payroll partner. We earn a recurring per-employee commission from the partner for qualified referrals.
2. What we collect
When you request a free assessment, we collect the following personal information: your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, employee count, industry, and the Canadian province or territory of your business. We also record your IP address and the timestamp of your submission for security and audit purposes.
3. Why we collect it
We collect this information for one purpose: to determine whether our Canadian payroll partner is a good fit for your business, and if so, to connect you with them. We do not collect information for marketing lists, advertising profiles, or any other secondary use.
4. Who we share it with
If your assessment indicates a fit, we share your submitted information with our Canadian payroll partner so they can follow up directly. We do not share your information with any other third party, broker, advertiser, or data reseller.
5. How long we retain it
We retain submitted information for 24 months from the date of submission. After that period, the data is removed from our active records. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 in default-denied state. This means no analytics cookies are written until you take a qualifying conversion action. As a standing commitment, the site sets zero non-essential cookies before a qualifying conversion event. Session-required security tokens, such as the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge token on the lead form, are set and are scoped to the single request lifecycle.
7. How to access or correct your information
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us at isaiasperez1977@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Escalation
If you have a privacy concern we have not resolved, you can escalate to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Each version is tracked in the policy version number above. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
10. Contact
