The operator does not guarantee any particular result from working with the payroll partner. All due diligence before engaging the partner is your responsibility.

4. Referral compensation

The operator earns a recurring per-employee commission from the payroll partner when you become a client of the partner. This compensation does not change the price you pay the partner.
